Our story begins with a simple question: What does home truly mean?
In college, our founder’s roommate had lived all over the world and rarely stayed in one place for long. Yet, every time she visited her grandmother, the scent of eucalyptus filled the air, and it instantly felt like home. That lasting connection between scent, memory, and belonging inspired the name Eucalyptus Real Estate.
We strive to bring that same feeling of comfort and familiarity to every community we manage. And just like the koala, who thrives on eucalyptus, our mascot represents how essential the feeling of home is to our well-being.
Giving Back
As our company continues to grow, we remain grounded in our commitment to the residents and communities we serve. At Eucalyptus, we have the privilege of making a positive impact on people’s lives every day, both within our neighborhoods and beyond.
Through partnerships and participation with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, the Girl Scouts, and the Koala Clancy Foundation, as well as local school supply and toy drives, we’re proud to support efforts that help others thrive.
