The Eucalyptus Story

Our story starts with trying to define the meaning of home. In college, our founder’s roommate grew up living in different countries and never stayed in one place for too long. Her grandmother’s house always smelled of eucalyptus whenever she visited, so she quickly associated that smell with coming home. That same feeling is what we hope to evoke in our residents each time they enter one of our properties. And the koala, who survives exclusively on eucalyptus, is the ideal mascot to portray how important that feeling of home is to us all.

Giving Back

As our company grows, we keep our focus on the community and residents we serve. At Eucalyptus we have the chance to impact our residents’ lives on a daily basis. By donating and getting involved in the community through nonprofits like Habitat for Humanity, the Girl Scouts, the Koala Clancy Foundation, and by taking part in school supply drives, toy drives, and other initiatives, we foster an environment people can thrive in.
