Eucalyptus Real Estate began in 2012 with just a few properties; and over the past five years, we've learned a lot. Here's what we've learned...

Creating Home. One floor at a time.

We don't ever want our tenants to feel like they're being managed by at property management company. We're big, but we don't feel that way. We want our tenants to feel cared for at a personal level, because at the end of the day, we're in the business of making people feel at home. That's why we have a full-time Events Manager to help foster those relationships that make a house (or apartment!) feel like a home.

Amazing amenities... at no extra cost.

While the economy caused other property management companies to close the doors on their expensive amenities, or charge crazy expensive prices, we didn't do either. We continued to maintain our resort-style pools, remodel and renovate our clubhouses, gyms, and rooms, and kept up with the times and added state-of-the-art Business and Technology centers in several of our properties. We spared no expense, but not out of our tenants' pockets.

Quality Over Quantity.


We've been blessed with growth over the past five years, but we don't want it to feel that way. We know that most of our large competitors sacrifice quality at the expense of quantity. Not us. Not then, not now.
